Rebecca Holland-Kennedy was a founding director of PepinNini Minerals Limited and has been a board member since 2002.  She has more than 30 years experience in exploration company administration and data management.  She has held positions with Robertson Research, Macquarie University, NSW Department of Mines and Energy as well as acting as exploration and data management consultant to AGL, Amax, BHP, AGIP, Shell, CRA, Caltex and Meekatharrra Mineral Limited.  She is a Director of NiCul Minerals Ltd, PepinNini Robinson Range Pty Ltd, PepinNini Resources Queensland Pty Ltd, PepinNini Minerals International Pty Ltd and PepinNini Resources Curnamona Pty Ltd.

Robert (Wei) Sun

Non-Executive Director

Robert is a resource industry analyst and has more than three decades of professional experience including company directorships, executive-level management roles, and project and operational management.

Mr Sun has previously worked for PepinNini in a senior management role, from 2009 – 2010, and also served on the Company’s Board as an Independent Non-executive, from 2011 – 2018.

Mr Sun was Managing Director of Living Cities Development Group Ltd (formerly known as Ferrowest Ltd) from 2015 – 2016, where he oversaw the restructure of the Company to a focus on property project development. From 2012 – 2015, he worked as the general manager of TFA International Pty Ltd while also being a director of Outback Iron Pty Ltd, a joint venture between Taifeng Group and IMX Resources, and was responsible for the management of the Cairn Hill iron-copper mine in South Australia. Robert is a director of NiCul Minerals Ltd and PepinNini Minerals International Pty Ltd

Luis Fernando Norman Kennedy

Luis is a qualified lawyer and Chartered Accountant and is the son of founding Director Norman Kennedy and currently an Associate Director, Mergers and Acquisitions at Deloitte Australia.

Luis has been with Deloitte for seven years and has had a wide range of experience including Merger and Acquisitions transactions (pre-deal due diligence, carve-outs, post-merger integration), business reviews (independent, pre-lend and debt advisory for Financiers and Private sector clients, funding and financial viability for Public sector clients), and management support and implementation (turnaround, restructuring and project management). Luis is a director of NiCul Minerals Ltd, PepinNini Resources Curnamona Pty Ltd PepinNini Robinson Range Pty Ltd and PepinNini QLD Pty Ltd.

Pamela Sayers

Pamela is a geologist with experience in the tourism, transport, and mining industries ranging from direct operations through to the provision of consulting services to industry. She is also an experienced Company Secretary and Corporate Governance professional. She is the Company Secretary of NiCul Minerals Ltd, PepinNini Robinson Range Pty Ltd, PepinNini Resources Queensland Pty Ltd, PepinNini Minerals International Pty Ltd and PepinNini Resources Curnamona Pty Ltd.

Suziany Rocha De Souza

Exploration Manager

M. MinEx, BGeo, (Hons) MAusIMM

Suziany is a highly experienced geologist, with more than 20 years’ experience in the resource sector. She has had a long and successful career with global resources major Rio Tinto (ASX: RIO), where she led teams that delivered high quality results across a diverse range of commodities. She has expertise and a strong track record in project management, orebody knowledge, business improvement, commodity analyses and competitor’s intelligence.

Prior to joining PepinNini Ms Rocha was Critical Minerals Global Manager for Rio Tinto Exploration, where she responsible for implementing the exploration strategy and technical capability for critical minerals such as rare-earth element minerals, nickel-cobalt, vanadium and other battery minerals.

Ms Rocha was also previously Project Manager and Team Leader for Rio Tinto in Brazil, and in this role was responsible for the discovery of a 400Mt high-grade bauxite deposit in a previously unexplored area in the Amazon.
