Rebecca Holland-Kennedy was a founding director of PepinNini Minerals Limited and has been a board member since 2002.  She has more than 30 years experience in exploration company administration and data management.  She has held positions with Robertson Research, Macquarie University, NSW Department of Mines and Energy as well as acting as exploration and data management consultant to AGL, Amax, BHP, AGIP, Shell, CRA, Caltex and Meekatharrra Mineral Limited.  She is a Director of NiCul Minerals Ltd, PepinNini Robinson Range Pty Ltd, PepinNini Resources Queensland Pty Ltd, PepinNini Minerals International Pty Ltd and PepinNini Resources Curnamona Pty Ltd.

Philip Clifford

Technical Director
B.Sc(Geology), MAusIMM

Phil Clifford has been Exploration Manager for PepinNini Minerals Limited since 2004 in charge of the South Australian Musgrave and Curnamona Projects and the company’s West Australian iron ore joint venture project at Robinson Range. Before joining PepinNini Minerals Limited he was a project geologist and team leader with CRA Exploration and Rio Tinto Exploration for 15 years in projects exploring for magmatic nickel sulphide, PGE’s, gold, diamonds, base metals, uranium and coal. He is a Director of NiCul Minerals Ltd.

Robert (Wei) Sun

Robert (Wei) Sun is a resource investment analyst with over 10 years experience in international trade and the resource industries of China, Canada and Australia. He has held positions as a business manager, resource and project analyst with major Chinese and Australian companies. Robert has exceptional communication skills being able to communicate on a corporate and technical level in Chinese and English. He has maintained a close association with major Chinese companies involved in Mineral Resources and has established contacts within the Asian investment sector. He is a Director of NiCul Minerals Ltd, PepinNini Robinson Range Pty Ltd, PepinNini Resources Queensland Pty Ltd, PepinNini Minerals International Pty Ltd and PepinNini Resources Curnamona Pty Ltd.

Justin Nelson

Company Secretary
B.Arts(Jurisprudence), LLB

Justin is a qualified lawyer with DMAW Lawyers in Adelaide. He was previously with  Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) as the State Manager SA and Manager Listings(Adelaide). He has extensive knowledge of the ASX listing rules and other ASX related matters with an emphasis on companies in the resources and energy industries.   He is experienced in corporate governance procedures and company meeting practice. He is also the company secretary of three other ASX listed companies. He is the Company Secretary of NiCul Minerals Ltd, PepinNini Robinson Range Pty Ltd, PepinNini Resources Queensland Pty Ltd, PepinNini Minerals International Pty Ltd and PepinNini Resources Curnamona Pty Ltd.

Sarah Clifton-Brown

Finance Director
BArts (Hons) Accountancy, FCCA, MAICD

Ms Clifton-Brown is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and has worked with the Company since May 2013.  She brings to PepinNini Minerals Limited considerable experience and expertise in financial reporting, compliance and company management in Australia and the United Kingdom.

 

 

Nicole Galloway Warland

Exploration Manager
BSc(Honours Geology), M Eng.Sc(Rockmechanics), MAIG

Nicole has over 25 years’ experience in the Mining and Exploration Industry; working across a broad range of geological provinces in South Australia, Western Australia, Northern Territory and Queensland; and Eastern Europe. Her experience spans from grassroots exploration through project evaluation to open cut and underground mining. Nicole’s commodity focus has been in gold, copper-gold, base metals and uranium and her discovery track record includes playing an integral role in the
discovery of Tick Hill gold deposit QLD with MIM, and more recently with the discovery and resource evaluation of the Samphire uranium deposit in South Australia whilst working as Exploration Manager for Uranium SA. Nicole was with Phoenix Copper Limited as Geology Manager until November 2014. Nicole holds the relevant qualifications and professional associations required by the ASX, JORC and VALMIN Codes in Australia to qualify as a Competent Person as defined in the JORC Code and currently holds the position of Chairperson – Exploration Committee, South Australian Chamber of Mines and Energy (SACOME).
